Yes, we do offer samples at a cost. Please contact us to request a sample. Please note that single items/samples cannot be returned or exchanged
Will I receive the exact product I see in the photo?
We make every effort to provide you with an accurate representation of the product you are purchasing. We take photos in natural light to maintain true colors as much as possible. However, certain colors may vary slightly due to digital photography, fabric shine, and other external factors beyond our control. Additionally, laptops, monitors, and handheld devices without proper display settings may not show true intended colors. We strive to ensure that What You See Is What You Get!
Do you deliver to any country in the world?
Yes, we deliver to almost all countries worldwide, except for PO Box/APO/FPO/BPO shipping addresses.

Do your shipping charges vary depending on the country?
There is free shipping for the USA, UK, and Europe. For other countries, shipping charges vary and will be calculated during checkout.
Can I track my package after it has shipped from India?
Yes, you will receive an email with the Airway Bill number of the courier once it has been shipped. Additionally, you can track the status of your order by logging into your account. You will be able to track it with the respective courier.
Does your international shipping quote include customs/duty/import taxes?
Our international shipping quotes do not include any customs/duty/import taxes, which are imposed by the respective countries and not by us or the shipping carrier. Any customs/duty/import taxes required will be the sole responsibility of the recipient. As this may differ from country to country, we are unable to provide an accurate estimate. Please check with your country's customs for details regarding the terms and regulations for incoming shipments from an international country.
What is the procedure for returning a product if I am not satisfied?
